I managed contractor coordination, scope development, and budget oversight across markets, making design and material decisions that balanced renovation costs against rental rate potential and appraised values for refinancing.
Renovation sequencing prioritized rapid stabilization, minimizing vacancy periods to enable refinancing that extracted invested equity for redeployment. This strategy allowed portfolio growth with net capital deployed of $142k.
