I led the design team from concept through design development, optimizing unit layouts for financial feasibility while balancing construction costs and sales projections.

Working with Brent Buck Architects, I analyzed unit mix and sizing against comparable sales, then developed floor plans that achieved pricing targets while remaining buildable within budget. I coordinated architecture, structural, MEP, and landscape teams—ensuring design decisions supported financial goals.

The full-block site with three street exposures provided exceptional light and outdoor space opportunities. I worked with the landscape architect to integrate outdoor programming early in design, maximizing usable area and resident experience.
