I'm an architect and real estate investor focused on strategic repositioning

where design expertise identifies overlooked value.

I combine institutional architecture experience with hands-on real estate investing. I spent eight years managing $1B+ in NYC luxury development projects while simultaneously building a seven-figure investment portfolio.

I started my architecture career at Pritzker Prize-winning firm Shigeru Ban Architects in Paris before moving to New York City in 2016 for award-winning luxury development work.

At Alloy Development (2016-2023), I worked across both architecture and development on award-winning projects spanning historic adaptive reuse to 700-foot mixed-use towers. I supported acquisitions with feasibility studies, due diligence, and underwriting analysis while simultaneously managing architectural design from entitlements through construction administration. I led design teams on major residential developments, conducted cost analysis, presented to construction teams and stakeholders, optimized unit layouts for financial performance, and coordinated multi-agency approvals including ULURP rezonings and HPD affordable housing programs. Work included all-electric high-rises, historic factory-to-residential conversions, luxury condominiums, and ground-up mixed-use development.

At Avdoo Development (2023-2024), I represented ownership as development project manager, leading design teams from concept through delivery. I balanced financial feasibility against construction costs and sales projections, and managed contractor coordination on complex facade execution and luxury developments.

Simultaneously, I built a real estate investment portfolio over the past six years of active operations. I started with $35K and grew it to a 35% cash-on-cash rental portfolio through value-add repositioning, and executed a single-family flip with 45% annualized return.

The combination allows me to identify value in properties with entitlement complexity, underwrite renovation costs precisely, and recognize layout opportunities that shift market positioning.

I partner with and advise investors on acquisitions and repositioning opportunities, and provide architectural services from feasibility studies and entitlements through construction documents.
